Spring is Yosemite at its most alive. From April through early June, the waterfalls roar with snowmelt and the meadows bloom with wildflowers. If you dream of misty mornings and green valleys, this is the perfect time.

Crowds are lighter than in summer, and the weather is just right for exploring.

Summer is for couples who love adventure. By mid to late June, Yosemite’s high-country roads are open, and the days are long. You can hike, canoe, or watch the sunset after saying your vows.

Fall in Yosemite: Romantic Colors and Perfect Yosemite Elopement Weather
Fall feels calm and romantic. From September through October, the park glows with shades of gold, orange, and red. The air cools down, and everything slows a little.
Glacier Point often stays open until late October. It’s one of my favorite times for portraits because the light is soft and the crowds are smaller. If you love warm colors and peace, fall is perfect for your Yosemite elopement.
